Our cofeedb program grows high-protein forage crops specifically designed to boost livestock productivity. These improved grasses and legumes — including Brachiaria, Chloris, Desmodium, and Lablab — are cultivated to provide nutritious feed for our dairy cows and goats. Better feed means more milk, faster growth, and healthier animals.
Our banana plantations include both matoke (cooking bananas) and dessert bananas. Bananas are a staple food in Uganda and provide steady income year-round. The bunches are sold to local markets in Lira City, while surplus plant material is used as livestock feed and mulch — nothing goes to waste.
