Every service we offer is delivered inside the same farm our customers visit and our trainees learn on. When you walk out of a City Gate training day, you've seen, touched and worked alongside 14,000 birds, live dairy, and real goat pens — not slides or theory.

Our team combines hands-on farm managers, veterinary support, and agribusiness mentors who run the farm as a business. That's what we teach, sell, and share.
